The Mother Road

In 1940 the writer John Steinbeck published his novel The grape of Wrath in which he narrated the path to the west of Oklahoma farmers during the Dust Bowl and how they traveled to the dream of a better life. He will give the Route 66 the nickname “The mother Road” still in today use. (keep reading…).
