The Gold of the Lake

In the easternmost part of Ladahk, on the border with China and Tibet, at a height of 4300 meters, a valley extends surface is almost entirely occupied by the Pangong lake. The lake is the largest in the Himalayan range, and although the water is salty, in winter the surface is icy completely. (keep reading…).
